Hey everyone

New member here. A little about myself , I'm young still but been working out for several years because I love it.

Right now im currently a temporary assistant coach for my schools jv team and spending most of time in the weightroom with them so I would like to keep myself in shape so I can be a proper role model for the younger kids.

I would love to see my muscle strenght increase because I can't seem to be able to reach the maxes I used to have two years ago. I broke my leg last February and I am trying to get back to the status I used to be in.

Hopefully will be able to post some pics soon but I only have my blackberry right now so I dont think it is possible right now.
