Hi guys,
I've been lurking on this forum for awhile now so it's about time I introduced myself.
I'm 23 and have been involved in sport and fitness my whole life, having grown up in a very active family. A knee injury about 3 1/2 years ago lead me to the sport of rowing and I have never looked back. I currently train about 12 sessions a week and really want to make it to the top.
The main reason I joined this forum is to make myself accountable and start a journal so that I can track my progress, I love working out and training, but do struggle a little bit with the diet side of things.
I look forward to getting to know you all and sharing training tips.
