Hey, guys/and chicks. My names Robert and i've actually been reading on this forum for a while so i decided to come out of my hole and say hey.
I'm 14, 5'9, 125. I run Cross Country and track. I live pretty much in the middle of no where, and i have no training equiptment or ways to get it. I have gone too state and have taken 3rd for the mile run. I ran it in 5:08. My 2 mile time is 98th of all country times in the U.S. 13-15 age group over the last 35 years. I run that in about 10ish. I've ran 7 miles at my top, and i know i can get atleast 10 but havnt ever wanted too. I'm trying to get in shape for cross country this coming school year, and i was wondering if anyone had some tips. I'm also trying to get fit throughout my upper body, but kind of stuck with the no equiptment, no gym thing. I just do a lot of pushups and hope it helps.
