Hey Everyone

Hey everyone I've been on this forum for about a month, I'm a 5'11 male that started off at 203lbs. I've been eating pretty well 4 to 5 small meals a day. I've been exercising 5 to 6 days a week. Four days of weights for about 30 to 50 minutes a day and I do cardio about 4 to 5 days a week and that cardio involves hiking outside for about 2 hours at a time, running (usually 2 to 3 miles outside) and the bike and I also do a advanced pilates class during the week. I feel better but I'v gained 2 lbs since I started and its starting to frustrate me. Any advice? Thanks in advance
 
You've probably been told this before, but it sounds like you may be gaining muscle, which weighs more than fat.

How do your clothes feel? Any looser?


Sometimes it's better to judge how you feel and look rather than what the number on the scale says.
