Hi all..

I'm a 32 year old female, 166cm and always been into health and fitness. My weight has gone from approx 95kg 10 years ago (I was really out of shape!) down to 68kg 3 years ago and now I'm sitting at 76kg..

I currently live in Thailand and basically have all day everyday to train. Sounds easier than it is..!

I have just entered a competition (biggest loser style) at the training camp I am at. It's a 3 week event but I thought I'd do this to motivate me to get down to about the 66kg mark permanently.

As I am currently training morning and evening, any workout tips for weight loss + weight training would be appreciated :) I'll also post this on the body building forum.

At present I'm doing 1hour cardio + one body part weights in the morning then the same in the evening.

I'm curious how is your training camp going? What certain methods do you think is the most effective during your training?
