I want to lose about 2 stone or so, so I can get down to 8 stone. I lost half a stone and now eat less and it seems to be building back up :(

I'm trying diet pills now to try get it back off me but it doesn't seem to work

I'd be greatful for any help given :bigear:
 
Are you exercising as well? I'm definitely FAR from a pro in this area but what I've learned is that that is just as important as what you eat. You could eat the healthiest foods but in order to lose the weight you're going to have to exercise as well.
