Just found the site, after me and my significant other started dieting.

Nice to see the success stories that people have.

Started piling the pounds on and we thought it was time to sort ourselves out.

So a little bit about me.... I currently weight a huge 356lbs at 6" tall, its going to be a long journey but well worth it.

We've Started by cutting the meals down and going for 3-5 mile walks a day. so far dont seem too bad for stamina compared to what I thought I would be.

I really miss sports and running, but am completely incapable atm. My Aim is to get to around 20 stone and then rejoin a gym, then carry on losing weight till I am back to running reguarly and can run on the beach.
