Hello all. My name is Joseph Diodato. I am from the Bronx. I am 15 years old, about 5'7, and I weigh 255 pounds. I really want to lose weight to make myself feel better...I don't want to be skinny, just not obese. I plan on becoming a doctor in the navy, or joining the FDNY as an EMT. Either way, I want to be in the best shape I can be. Thanks everyone, and I hope to talk to some of you soon.
 
Welcome Joseph! the first step is to figure out how many calories you need to be eating in a day and start counting calories. It seems like a bit of a chore at first but its easy enough to figure out most things
