I am a newcomer here, obviously, who is aiming to lose a lot of weight. I have been fat for a long time, and I say it's time I lose weight and live life well and be fit! I hope I get all the motivation and support from people, including family, friends, this community, etc. I would be very grateful for any tips, ideas, I can get from anyone in order for me to succeed and achieve my goals.
