Hey My name is Becky I just turned 25 a couple weeks ago.. I have 3 kids ages 4,3, and 1 years old. I have been with my hubby for 9 years married for almost 7. I have always been overweight my whole life except for 2 years wheb i turned 13-15 i went from 200lbs to 130lbs but than went back up by the time i was 15.. I have tryed lots of diet pills and diets but nothings worked till now. I started my diet on Jan 1,2009 at 243lbs and as of today i am 223lbs so 20 lbs in 6 weeks i went from eating fast food all the time and soda all day long to eating 3 low fat or fat free meals a day and water orange huice and skim milk.. I feel great and cant wait to get closer to my goal weight of 140-145lbs by next year:)

Wow what an awesome accomplishment :) I too have been overweight my whole life. This forum has been ALOT of help helping me stay on track and I think you'll like it too. Welcome to the forum!
 
Oh I noticed you'd checked out the forum back in Sept but don't have a weight loss diary. I thought I'd mention it in case you hadn't seen that section. For me it's been a great tool and I've gotten alot of support from forum friends who swing by and offer encouragement. Anyway have a good weekend :) ~Lisa
 
thanks ill go check that out yes i came here back in Sept but as you can see i couldnt keep to my healthy eating habits;) till Jan 1 so now i am planning on staying
 
Well if you look at mine you'll see I started in June last year and fell off the wagon quite a few times. Most recently Nov. and Dec. I think I've finally gotten my swing though so that's a good thing, lol.
