Uh , well its a aussie energy drink mate. Its not the caffeine its the taste its SOOO nice but its choked full of bad stuff I would guess. ^_^
 
is there a low carb version? im addicted to monster energy drinks. but the low carb version is only 40 cals a 20oz can
 
I dont understand what you mean =[ Do you mean a sugarfree version then yeah and thats the one i drink cause it tastes the best =D Its a 350l bottle and it has 0.35 carbohydrates ,if thats what you mean. It also says it has tons of b2 b3 b6 b12. :driving:

Yeah thats what I meant, Ideally water is the best beverage, but a little bit of other stuff in moderation cant be all that bad, but im no doctor :)

Great job on choosing to reduce some excess bodyfat, I wish was that self aware at your age. If you ever need any help or have questions feel free to ask, I'll do my best to help, I'm not the most knowledgeable person on here but I'll do what i can :)

I got a soft spot for youngins because I wish someone would have helped me when I was younger.
 
Actually I do have a couple of questions. First off is 20 mins and then like 150-200 skips just as good as a 30 min walk or something as I dislike walking on the tredmill for so long because it gets boring xD. Is cheese really bad ? I always have a bit of cheese and yeh =D. Also any exercises you recommend? ^_^

by skips do you mean what we call jump rope?
if so thats great cardio.

You interested in any sports?

that's a fun way to get activity and it would usually be much more than any kind of gym exercise on a machine, because I agree it gets very boring on cardio equipment

I wouldnt stress the calories too much. At this stage you would just be well off forming good habits like:

Eating vegetables several times a day
Getting a good amount of lean meats for protein
avoiding sugary drinks
minimizing the consumption of processed foods
and minimizing time spent in front of a screen :)
getting a good source of whole grains

did you start a post in the journal section yet?
 
yes starting a diary here is a good idea for both support and good information to help with specific problems
