Hi, im gina and 21 yrs old. I recently ended my four years of living at school, and ready to set a routine in making myself a healthier person. I've always been slightly overweight, but right now I am the heaviest I've ever been. I feel it....in my neck. haha I never felt it there before, but now I do, I hate it, its time to go! I am currently 5'9" 234lbs. I would like to get down to 180.

It's somewhat ironic, because by the end of winter, I'll have a degree in health promotion and exercise sciences. I'll be a community health educator specialist (CHES) The problem is, I have no problem motivating others, but when it comes to ME I have the problems. I enjoy helping others so much I don't really think of myself first. It's time for me to do that. I know the risks and benefits of being healthy/not healthy.

I just need some motivation, and I think here will be where I get it! :)
 
motivation really comes from within you - from finding the reasons why you want to lose weight... once you recognize those reasons... it makes it a lot easier...
