Hi everyone!

My name is Trevor Thomas and im From the great state of Texas, more specifically im located in Austin. Im 19, turning 20 soon and i attend college at Texas A&M, but transferring to UT next year. Last year around August 2006 i got tired of seeing the weight i had gained in the mirror. From a combination of dieting and exercise i lost a total of 90 pounds. I'm proud of my weight loss but i still have a little bit of work to do so im here to just be around others working for the same goal.

My Current weight As of October 30th 2007: 150
My Goal: 140ish

I will post pics later but i just wanted to say hello to everyone, keep working hard!!

Congratulations on all that you have achieved this far! 90 lbs is impressive!

This is a great place for support & motivation. Look around the diaries & maybe even sign up for a challenge. There is one starting Nov 10 for the holidays.
