Hey everyone

Whats up, I'm new to this forume (of course) and Im really interested in getting into good shape. I play guitar and paintball... pretty physically demanding (only if you play guitar live). Anyway, im about 5'6 about 180 and im looking to loose this bit of tub and put on some muscle and get buffed up. I dont really have a problem with commitment and willpower so throw those tips at me!

Anyway, im glad to meet you all, its my pleasure and any tips for thinning out/buffing up are greatly appreciated! (if this isint the appropriate forum for that, then please point me in the right direction.)
 
That guitar is really good upper body exercise, especially the back if you play live much. To get rid of flab fast I would suggest lower body workouts like fast walking, walk / jog, bicycle, inline skating, etc. If you really want to kick it up a notch add in strength training and work hard at it. Round it out with a good balanced diet with as little junk food (empty calories) as possible.

thanks alot, i posted in the weight training forum pretty much summing up my plight. im doing what I can to research my condition and what i need to do, but im still new to it, thanks for all the help!
