23 Male from Manhattan Beach, CA.
Well to summarize my situation, I've been gaining and losing 5-10 pounds all my life. Never been perfectly fit (what is perfectly fit anyway?) but sure as hell determined to be so at some point (really low body fat and all that good stuff.)
I'm 5'7 and 170lbs. Just little overweight i guess. But because i eat lots of junk and have a habit of not eating all day and eating a big meal at noon/afternoon, i have lots of fat stored. My main problem is my lifestyle. I spend crazy amount of time just sitting around. Can't really change that but i guess the key is to go to the gym when im not sitting around and make up for it.
I basically registered to get some info on what food to choose (gotta learn to cook too
) and learn how to layout a schedule of sit around-cardio-weightlifting-eat in a day. Like, when to eat and when to run and stuff. I assume that makes a big difference.
