Hey everyone!...the freshman 15

Hi everyone! My name is Catherine and I'm currently 5'5 and 158 pounds. I just finished my freshman year of college, and I not surprisingly gained the freshman 15. I have been trying to lose weight for the past few months, but I always seem to gain it back. At the start of last semester I made goals to exercise at least 3 times a week, but that eventually fell through because of schoolwork and most importantly because I'm been having constant headaches.

Just last semester, my weight has taken a toll on my mind and interfering with what I do daily. I have been counting calories, but I always end up exhausted and wanting to give up. In addition, it's really hard to eat healthy in the dining hall at college because there's just so much variety that tempts me.

Now, that I'm back for the summer, I'm hoping to shed the extra weight gain. I'm hoping for some encouragement and motivation on this forum.
