Hello everyone. I am a 24 year old female. I started my exercising and dieting at the end of December. I started out at 130lbs and I am 5 feet 1 1/4 inches. Yes, that is still in the healthy range for my height but being that I am sort of on the shorter side, you tend to see the fat more. Anyway, I am now down to 123.8. I exercise about 6 days a week for at least an hour. I am very proud of myself thus far and I actually really enjoy my time at the gym!

Also, I have cut my calories down to 1400 calories per day and I track everything I eat. However, I am having the HARDEST time lowering my sodium and sugar intake. Sodium, especially! Any recommendations?

Another thing is, I don't really see any change in body even though I have lost those 6 pounds. What gives? Have I lost water weight? Or what is it? I feel lighter and just healthier in general but why am I not seeing a difference in my body?

I guess that's it for now. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

i know exactly what you mean when it comes to actually having lost some weight without seeing any changes in your body
its a mixture of you seeing yourself everyday so its harder to see changes
as well as when you first start diet and exercise, its easier for people who are heavier to lose it faster for some reason

i personally see no changes in myself but i have been working VERY hard
