Hey guys,
I'm pretty new here and I'm a 22 year old who has always been struggling to keep my weight in place and keep myself in shape. I've had problems with my weight because of my metabolism and my blood pressure, it's been very difficult for me to lose any weight. I've tried a ton of programs like the atkins, jenny craig, slim fast, even stacker2 lol. None of those worked until I came upon the diet solution program found at REMOVED which was actually a very good program by a nutritionist named Isabel.
Ever since then, I've never really had alot of problems in losing weight as so far I have lost 15 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks using the diet solution program. I have learned to keep my trim by eating the right foods and surprisingly keep away from the bad foods such as the ones that we eat every day! Anyways, I just wanted to say hi to everyone and hope that we can all learn from each other here.
