Hey everyone, can i get some advice!

First of all, hello :D

Ok so basically im just looking for some advice so here goes:

In 5 weeks time im going to Spain and walking from the north (bilbaou) for 2 weeks to the south and then turning around and walking back! Obviously this is going to be a great physical challenge which is where you lot come in!

I have 5 weeks to prepare, im 20 years old, male, about 14 stone and 6ft 1inch. Not sure what my BMI or fat percentage or anything is but basically i just need some kind of advice as to how i can prepare for this challenge over the next 5 weeks.

I dont workout much, i run occasionally but nothing much but now i realise this has to change!

So, any nutritional or workout advice would be much appriciated.

Welcome to the forum. I'd guess you'd best start walking on the kind of terrain you'll be walking on on your trip.
