Hey yall! My names Tiffany and I'm from North Carolina and I'm 22 years old.
A few years ago I had gotten up to 273 pounds and then I lost 70 pounds. 3 pounds from my goal weight!! BUUT then my dad got sick and died and I've put like 45 pounds back on. I'm really having a hard time getting motivated to relose the weight. I'm always too tired to do anything and spend most of my days in bed. I know thats not healthy...so thats why I'm here. Hope yall can help me!! I have been working out and watching what I eat for 4 days now but its already getting so hard. :( Anyways, Nice to meet yall! I know..I suck at these introduction things. lol
 
oh wow, i'm sorry about your dad! Maybe you can look at this new weight loss journey as a tribute to him? Anyways, we're here for you! Let me know if you have any questions :)
 
Hey Tiffany, I'm really sorry to hear about the loss of your father. Stress and depression can really ruin weight loss. Motivation to get started is often really hard. I know the first time I recognized my lack of fitness it was after months of thinking about seeing just how many (or few) push ups I could do. I finally got off that couch one day and it was eye opening.

What motivated you to go for your goal last time? You obviously know how to do it. You just need to go ahead and get started. If you're anything like me, once you start seeing those pounds drop off you will be more and more excited and you'll make it to your goal.

You're right. THats my problem though..if I dont see that I've lost any pounds I give up. :( I dont really know what made me go for it so well last time but I really wish I could get in that state of mind again. && A tribute to my dad really is a good idea! :)
