Hey College student trying to get in fit

Hey,

so I am a third year college student who have been neglecting my health and fitness to concentrate on my studies. So I joined this forum to get support as I try to develop a better,healthier, life style. I'm 5"ll and 145 lb. I look like I am fit, meaning that I'm thin, but truthfully can't speed walk more than 10 min before getting out of breath nor lift 20lbs using my triceps or biceps :(

So hope this forum can help me in my goals

Hi Tenshi,

This forum is excellent for support and i've only been a member for 10 days.

Any questions about exercise, just post it, you'll get so much feedback. :) It sounds like you want to work on your stamina the most. Am I right?
