Hey,
so I am a third year college student who have been neglecting my health and fitness to concentrate on my studies. So I joined this forum to get support as I try to develop a better,healthier, life style. I'm 5"ll and 145 lb. I look like I am fit, meaning that I'm thin, but truthfully can't speed walk more than 10 min before getting out of breath nor lift 20lbs using my triceps or biceps
So hope this forum can help me in my goals
