hey guys, so i'm totally new to this but so excited to talk about everything fitness with anyone :) i'm currently on a mission to get toned and amazing looking abs so if anyone has any tips or anything on this, i will love you forever hahah :p
at the moment, i run about 5 days a week, gym once or twice (if i have time) and i haven't started any ab workouts yet but will soon!
so hopefully that'll do the trick :)

Have you taken a look around yet? There is a lot of good information contained in the sticky threads that should be of help.
