So I've finally reached the point in my life where I'm disgusted where I'm at physically. While I can do short bursts of activity I get tired out and I've reached the point to where I want to recapture some of my vitality I had when I was younger. I'm 36 now and have 3 children. I want to lose weight and build my muscle back. My plan is to do cardio 3 times a week and weights 3 times a week. I hope that I can be somewhat back to my old self.
