hey all

i have just started this sight on 1 30 08 so if i can help you with anything let me know i am ex-military of 8 years also an ex-boxer i let my conditioning go after my daughter was born and now she is of an age i can come to terms with i am going back into selth mode and i am going to get back into the shape i should be and if i can help others on the way i will do so. just a little note i know it is hard to do any workout plan and even harder when you do it by yourself just try to do what i do when a workout gets old and seems dragging think of something like you are in a challange race or a wieght lifting compatition of if you complete the goal you will get a million dollors picture in your mind that lots of people are chearing you on to be the winner it may sound weird but it works. so for now good luck (removed)
