hey all :)

hi all,

Firstly, im 6ft 4, around 185 pounds (13st 3), and really wanting to bulk out a little bit. Ive always been intrested in the army, im currently stuck in a dead end job :(. So i been thinking wouldnt it be a great idea if i did something with my life and got fit.

Ive come up with a plan of attack, if im still stuck in this dead end job ill sign up, so ive gave my self a year to get fit and sort my life out. My problem is where to start in regarding getting fit, i dont really eat crap foods, i love my pasta, salads plus i dont really drink alot either.

So where do i start ?

thx for the welcomes and yes ill start by reading the stickies :D, yea i have motivation thats one of my good points. i really wanna change my lifestyle.
