Hey Forum Members. I have been a lurker for a while and just kind of read things on here and used them in the gym. I am a 24 year old college student, I am 6'2, i was 285.3 lbs, and over the past months, I have lost about 87 lbs, and I am just a little under 200 lbs. I am incredibly happy with my weight loss. I honestly thought I was destined to be a big dude the rest of my life. I wore a 42 inch waist and got myself down to a more healthy 36 inch waist, went from a XXL shirt to wearing a L, and sometimes M which is amazing to me. I have a small amount of "tummy" still and I have been working at it for a while and I can't get rid of it. What can I do? I don't eat like crap, I quit drinking and I eat 3 regular meals, I don't snack, I do cardio daily, and all sorts of exercises, but I am just stuck. Any suggestions?
