I tried losing weight last summer, but I guess my effort didn't quite add up because I gained all, and some extra afterwards. So I'm starting over.

Well, I'm 5'9" and weigh 200 pounds so my goal is to lose 52 pounds before the end of the summer. Is this possible if I go to the gym everyday and work out for 1-3 hours? What should I eat? I'm clueless.

Also, does anyone wanna be my weight loss buddy?

I'm in the same boat. I am just starting now but I have 50#'s to lose. I think exercise is the key but as I have found out, portion control is the other key. for me it's all about eating the right stuff and not too much of it. So if you want, check out the 20# challange I put on the challange board. Of course, you can go for more and that would be very motivating! I am trying for more really but thought I would post 20# so that I am realistic and not discouraged. I hope you hop on board and we can get to know you better!:jump:
