Hey everybody first off i would like to say this is an great site ....thats why i decided to join. OK About Me...Im 22 years old female, I'm 6' and 185 lbs. I'm trying to lose an over all weight of 35-40 lbs. So I'm looking for all the advice I can get. I'm plan on starting off with 15 lbs, and as an assentive im going to treat my self to a local spa. I'm started to use tae bo fat blasting dvd....so hopefully that will help out. But when it's nice out I try to go hiking and kayaking around where I live. Good Luck and Talk to you all soon :p

Hikeing is a great way to loose weight. So are all those things.

Lowering some of the fattier foods would also contribute.

hello and welcome! i love kayaking and hiking too but i don't get to do it very often.. mostly i'll just swim, run and cycle.. all the best to you! =)
