Hi
Im J im from the uk england north east, i am arugby player and just studying sport about to finish. you would think that i am fit and healthy?!? but over the last year i have let my traing slip and now i have found my self in a bad situation. pre session is starting soon and i need to be ahead so i can get picked for squad. I am a 6ft 5 nearly 19 and are about 20 stone.

like i said i study sport so i may able to give any 1 any tips on anythink,( i find it easyer giving advice to people but carnt put it into action myself lol)

ANY ONE WANNA TRADE ADVICE!!??? lol

Do you plan to start a diary here to share your journey? That way you could share your triumphs, challenges, and your tips.

What have you learned in your sport course of study? I guess that corresponds to our kinesiology here.

I see at 6'5", 20 stone (280 lb for US, 127 kg), that your BMI is 33.2. I'm sure you are more muscular than most, so going strictly by BMI probably doesn't work. Do you know your BF%?

What is your plan to get fit and lose some of those stone?

well i have good knowledge of sport? IE; rugby , football(NOT USlol). i deal with all bones, iv done traning programs. dieatry issus everythink really, you need it ask?

i plan to get back in full traning and seek more tips from my coaches. i am going to start traning erly this year and progress my fitness then move on to tactical thing whitin rugby. Yer im not really a chubby person ( i dontt have anythink agenst them) i a more of a pritty boy as much i hate 2 admit it:cool: hahaha LOL. yer i am a muscluar person work out a lot and keep my self well gromed for a rugby player. im making this sound like a date forum (i whish)

ANY TIPS!?!
