Hey all. I'm 19 years old and since I've been out of highschool and stopped playing sports, I've gotten really out of shape. So, I decided finally I need to get to work and get my body right.
I'm 5' 10" and last I weighed in, 191 lbs
my main problem being that I've grown a hell of a gut. My goal for myself is to lose 20 pounds to start with, but I'm not really sure what the best training regimen and diet is for me, I'm pretty new to this, so any advice would be appreciated.
Anyways, I hope to stick around for a while and hopefully be able to show you guys some progress. Peace.
