Hey all, new Ohio user

Hey all. I'm 19 years old and since I've been out of highschool and stopped playing sports, I've gotten really out of shape. So, I decided finally I need to get to work and get my body right.

I'm 5' 10" and last I weighed in, 191 lbs:eek: my main problem being that I've grown a hell of a gut. My goal for myself is to lose 20 pounds to start with, but I'm not really sure what the best training regimen and diet is for me, I'm pretty new to this, so any advice would be appreciated.

Anyways, I hope to stick around for a while and hopefully be able to show you guys some progress. Peace.

Im going to make a sugestion. I think this could help you. And, if you are looking for support from the many good members we have here, I think it will do you good.

I suggest making a diary: name it something like: Kicken' it from Ohio or whatever you wish. Put this in the journal portion of the forum.

You can input your thoughts, your diet, and training. Ask questions to get you started, and alot of eyes view these journals and you will get feedback.
