Hi, I am new to the forum, Good job on the weight loss. I am a student of exercise physiology. It seem to me that you are on the right track, one thing to remember is to do something you enjoy. I read that you have been working out for 30-60min. That is really good. There is great shift from Carbs to Fat as a fuel source after 30min of cardio, this is because you body like to break down fat and reserve carbohydrates for emergencies. I would recommend that all of your cardio be at a comfortable pace, if you dont have a Heart rate monitor then I would suggest to use the talk method test. The talk test is use when your doing aerobics in which you remain at a pace that if someone ask you a question you could reply and not lose your breath.
