Hey all...new nyc college student here, dreading that "freshman 15," so I'm hoping to maintain a healthy lifestyle to avoid it. Not to mention there's 15 pounds I want to lose, too. Just a few stats about myself I guess: 5'4", about 140 pounds, but I'm looking to get down to at least 110. I'm not someone who loathes physical activity so my goal is to pretty much develop a routine...my problem seems to be that I can't stick with one. I was doing good before I left home for school here but orientation has thrown me off a bit. I'd love to get comfortable running in the city, too, though it's a little intimidating and I don't know where to begin (with a club would be nice). Any advice/encouragement/words of wisdom from anyone, esp. new yorkers, would be awesome and greatly appreciated!!
