Seventeen years old.
About 180 pounds.
About 5'6", I think.
I also have a lot of nasty skin problems that rose because of my weight. Stretch marks and acanthosis nigricans on back of neck and armpits, under breasts/stomach.
The thing is, I did actually lose about 10 pounds before by exercising and eating better, but I pretty much regained it. I'm trying to get back on track, but realized that my treadmill is going cuckoo. Today I did some dance routines, it really gets me moving and it's fun.
Any advice would be helpful. I want to lose around forty pounds by June.
