heres my before pic i had to find it that was me after i had two babies and the other is me after i had three babies and lots of workout im 5'2" 117 lbs i workout to the biggest loser video the first one only and i do just my own workout on side i just got a bowflex im excited to use it as soon as i figure out how lol
 
You look great. You have toned up a lot from your last set of pics it seems. I don't think you should lose anymore, you look fantastic just the way you are now. I know........nobody who else who looks that great after three kids so extra kudos!

P.s: I think that bathing suit is very flattering on you, especially the thick band around your hips. I prefer this bikini way better than the others in your previous pictures.
 
That's right, you flex those biceps! Amazing work! You're an inspiration and you have every right to flaunt your body after such dedicated work.

I wonder why you're smiling in your "before" pic but in neither of the "after" ones?

... The same thing with me when I did my before/after pics. You know why it is? Because in your before you have the person taking the pic saying "You're fat, but you're still great, smile!" And in the after pic you really look great so there's no need for the person taking the pic giving you that phony encouragement... they let you look how you want to look. It's subtle and amazing, but it's one of the reasons, believe it or not!

There could be other reasons too. Such as: when you're not happy with your weight sometimes you develop this sort of "gentleness and sweetness" to make up for your belief that you are inferior because you are fat. And then when you are happy with your weight you have a more "I can do anything, I don't need to be fake" approach to life. Or "I'm tough, I pump iron." Lol.... I can go on and on and on. Most of the time though in the before there's a person forcing you to smile and in the after you are just more in control I guess... I dunno!
 
wow u hit ir right on the spot lol withe the smiling stuff lol and plus i just taking the pic for this i guess and knowing no one was around so i wasnt smiling but when someone else is u have to smile lololol i guesws when u take self timing pics you really forget to smile lol

Hahahah.....funny....

QUESTION: how long did it take you to reach that point, and how often did you work out, and what kind of eating habits did you maintain throughout, and WHAT KEPT you MOTIVATED to keep going once you were so close, and LAST but not LEAST....LOL....did you hit PLATEAUS...?
 
well i will start off by saying ty....i started in nov 2006 when i had my third son i was weighing 161 the day i cam home with him (before i got preg with him i weighed my highest 173) the thing that inspired me was my hubbys wife she and i were both preggo at the same time all three preg lol and she had twins well i use to watch her workout and lose all the weight so i started getting a lil jealous lol and i really put my head in competition mode lol not really but kinda...i said if she can do it so can i...i went from 161 nov 06 to 127 in april 07 then i thinky the last 10 were spread out thrpugh a couple months after that..they were the hardest....but i worked out to the biggest loser video everyday...i watched my calories....i gave up soda....i ate those 100 calorie packs...and i run after my three boys all day..they r only 5 3 and 19 months...and the middle one is adhd so he keeps me going...i try to take them out side to play alot and i run with them its still excercise....u have to learn to tell yourself also when enough is enough with food how to know when your hungry and when u really aint...now i workout with my own routine really jogging maybe twice aweek and i work out with the bowflex 5 times a week i really eat what ever i want now but in moderation u can drink soda once in awhile but everytime i drink it i look preggo from the carbonation in it...im not as strict as i use to be i should be but i notice i got more tone after not being so strict lol

WOW....thank you SOOO MUCH....you are REALLY motivating, and I LOVE how GREAT you LOOK!!!! I TOO want to be THERE soooooo BAD!!!

And the ONLY thing I don't get is when you said, YOUR HUBBY's WIFE?...huh...? LOL aren't YOU THE WIFE....or are you the EX wife....LOL.....sorry I MAY be prying.....LOL

Yeah, that too! Self-timing pics keep you from smiling too! LOL. You're like "is this s**t workin'?" Or holding your breath! LOL!

lol i mean to say my hubbys friends wife lol thats so funny i hope im still wifey if not his loss lololol no but girl u will get there and im here to help u if u would like i will motivate u but i still struggle with myslef i think im fat anbd i dont look tone now im trieng to get my esteem back up from when i was fat lol

WOW.....it's SO FUNNY that you say that......I appreciate your support sooo much, once I got to 139, but since my WHOLE life I have been around 160-185 fluctuating, I HAVE never been SKINNY, so I remember that when I hit MY lowest point.....I WAS harder on myself than WHEN I WAS chunkier....

...SO IT hits home when you say that you think of yourself FAT.....I can't believe it....I WAS hoping that FEELING would go away, but now it makes sense, why a lot of people who have made it to their goals are STILL on here.....

....CORRECT me if I'm wrong, IS IT because 1) like you said YOU THINK you are STILL fat
2) you STILL want MORE to go, or 3) because you are AFRAID to gain it back

....I THINK you are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING looking and you are SUPER TONE......

and I WOULD run TONS of PEOPLE over WITH MY CAR to LOOK as GOOD as YOU.....LOL
 
well i would have to say its both scared to gain it back and feeling like i want to go more...lol that was me who ask to be your friend on myspace u are very very attractive i should be so jealous of u i would die for a face like yours.....i have very low esteem ...im also on the daily plate r u too...
