hi dont know if i should have wrote more in my first post but here it goes...im 32 5'7 295 lbs!i was 190lbs 9 years ago and have been gaining weight ever since!i eat everything that u can imagine thats bad for you(well lots of it)chips,chocolate and hi sodium foods.im well educated on foods and have tried many times to change my eating habits and have failed!i hope this brings some light to the subject and i really would like to know where to start on this site!thanks once again and if you want any info plz let me know.....ty!
