Hey Everyone!

I have recently lost 55lbs across an 8 month period and learned a whole lot in the process. For some it was the college 20 for me it was the college 60.

It has now been about 6 months since then and I have kept it all off and continued to improve. I now enjoy fitness so much I wanted to share my experiences, tips, tricks and knowledge with others to help and inspire them as I had to inspire myself to lose weight. There really are just a few key factors you need to change sometimes to make it all work. Getting fit can be simple if you have the will to succeed.
