Hey all,
I'm 20, 5'2" and 156 lbs as of 30 minutes ago. Weight that is. I've been at least 20 lbs overweight ever since I can remember, back to my kindergarten days. It hasn't really affected my personal relationships, but it is pretty damaging to my personal view of myself. No willpower, not confident, loser. I don't like to dress up, hate buying clothes, and don't feel comfortable naked around my boyfriend of two years. I've been trying to lose for a while, but I just can't seem to get started.
My goal is to be 130 by my 21st (April 12). None of my friends do any exercising with me, and I don't really have steady encouragement.
I'm looking for critiques and people who will support me.
I don't just want to lose weight, I want to look and feel good.
I'm tired of this soft body. It's time to change!
