herbalife help

Hey just started herbalife this week, I know how to put together the shakes but Im just not sure about snacking and what to do about evening meals need to lose bout 20 pounds! I walk or jog daily just need to know are things like nuts (the healthy ones) yogurts and diet drinks ok

Stop wasting your money and just adhere to a sound dietary and exercise regimen. I've said it before and I'll say it again, willpower, dedication, and hard work don't cost a dime. Read the stickies here about diet and nutrition, as well as exercise. Believe me, I wasted a lot of money on Herbalife when I was in high school, and you see where it got me. The only way I've been able to lose weight for REAL was to adhere to a real lifestyle change that I can live with for the rest of my life. You can switch to a plan where you feel satisfied and healthy, take a multivitamin to help you along, and exercise and you'll feel good and energetic, or you can waste your money on pills and powders, damn near starve yourself on them, and feel like crap in the end. It's up to you what you choose. Just know that this forum isn't about Herbalife or selling products. It's about REAL weight loss.
