Is anybody else on this?

i started it last monday and i am quite impressed so far..

its only available in canada i think :)
 
Bummer.. can you give us more info? Like whats in it etc.. what its meant to do? I'd be interested to find out. :)
 
its a balanced diet - 8 glasses of water a day no white bread - nothing tinned - no salt and u take herbal tablets too...

you go see your counsellor every day for two weeks and then after that 3 days a week which is good for me thats what i really liked about ti - cos left to my own devices i am sooo weak lol
i havent been hungry on it and i just love the support u get!
 
A friend of mine did Herbal magic. It was really expensive.... but she lost probably 70 lbs. She was over 200 lbs, and now is quite small. I'm not sure her actual weights. I'm amazed at how disciplined she is with her food. I would love to try it.... if it wasn't so expensive. I don't know if the tablets did anything.... she swears they did, but she has made a total lifestyle change, and I think that's what really did it.

and yes it it only in canada.
it is very expensive.
but i have found ways around using there products and lost weight!

you just need to know what you are taking

i have to quit soon because they are catching on

Mamabravo can you list the herbs available at health food stores?
I'm interested in taking them and not paying an arm and a leg.

DON't DO IT!!!

I'm looking up Herbal magic forums on the web and telling everyone -DO NOT get sucked into this - it's expensive, it's crap, and you won't lose much weight!

The eating program itself is OK, but you are expected (pressured) to buy expensive pills every week. ($54 each time) plus a $30 monthly for chromium pills (which cost 5 bucks at the drugstore) And believe me, when you say you can't afford to buy them, the franchise owner will not be happy with you, and expect to get an uncomfortable vibe from them each time you go for your weigh in (3 times a week).
The pills bunged me up, and didn't work. Initially they did stave off cravings which helped. But after that, they did nothing. AND NOW, since I haven't reached my goal weight within my 12 weeks, they are saying I have to pay $15 per week.

Initially I paid over $900 to join, and was told that it would be for a YEAR of consultations, weigh-ins, etc.

But since their program hasn't worked (and I was pretty on track much of the time), now I AM BEING PENALIZED.

Herbal magic won't get another cent from me, and I urge you not to join.

Learn from me, and don't get into wasting a couple thousand on this crappy diet. Do weight watchers or something that has a better reputation that won't be sucking your wallet dry!!!!

Hi to all..:waving: I started Herbal Magic Feb 14th 2008.. I am down 15lbs last Thursday but regained a couple over the weekend. Hopefully tomorrow when I go back I will be back down. I would love to chat with others about this program since I couldn't find much online in the way of forums or such.

I hope someone responds.. Maybe ChristinaB?

I have been on the program Since Feb 25 and have lost 8.5lbs + 13.5inch with them but I have lost another 5lbs on my own before starting this program

So I'm Doing the HM !!! :willy_nilly:

I went on Herbal Magic in 2006 and lost 54 lbs (my goal). I have kept it off ever since.
It is expensive, but I have never had a bad experience, and would reccomend it to anyone!
 
Could someone please post the generic equivalants to the Herbal Magic supplements? I've been looking into HM - but there's NO way I can afford the heavy sign up costs plus $250 a month for supplements, especially when I"m told you can buy similar products at GNC or Popeyes for less than half price!!!
 
Herbal Magic-Staring up again

I started Herbal Magic 8 weeks ago and lost 10 lbs, but recently got sidetracked with the diet and gained 4 back. I am starting up again tomorrow (Oct. 8, 2008) and wanted to know if there was anyone else out there that wanted to become motivational buddies-comparing weightlosses, recipes, stories, etc. I would love some support because it is so easy to fall off the horse.
