HI!! i am 177cm tall 19 yr olds 76kg male, i go to gym like 4-5 times a week and my routine is 20-25 mins cardio and then i do sum wieghts for my chest and shoudlers and sometimes i do lunges..... the point is im not fat but im not skinny, i want to have a really slim shape, right now im kinda average but i look really meaaty. Can someone please suggest to me a new work out routing to lose my tummy and my general fatness around my body...im not super fat but like i sed im meaty and want to be slim, help please
? oh and i forgot to mention i drink alot of teea....is that bad? lol
