I've recently joined a gym and undertaken a new eating plan, was just wondering if I can get anyone's advise on whether my eating plan and exercise regime will give me the results I want.
I've never been to the gym before this week, and have been going everyday for the past 5 days. I weigh 10st and am 5"6.
Exercise
15 mins cross trainer
15 mins exercise bike
15 mins cross trainer
10 mins treadmill
5 mins rowing
30-40 mins on the resistance machines, doing three sets of 12 reps.
Is this any good for a beginner?
Eating
In the past three days, this is what I have consumed:
Day 1
Porridge with semi skimmed milk
Cheese and lettuce Sandwich
Chick pea curry with spinach (no Rice)
Low fat Yoghurt
Day 2
Banana
Wholemeal toast (two slices)
Energy bar
Chilli (Vegetarian) with Wholegrain Rice
Low fat Yoghurt
Day 3
Alpen Cereal Bar
Cheese and Lettuce Sandwich
Spinach and Ricotta Tortellini with tomatoes and Spinach
Low Fat Yoghurt
Protein Bar
Apple
Please could you assist me and give me some feedback, telling me if i'm on the right track! It would be much appreciated
