I'm a 17 year old girl, 5'7 and 115 pounds. I smoke when I drink and I drink about every weekend and I don't have a very healthy diet. I'm not overweight, I'm just sick and tired of this muffin top! I wanna get healthier. I also want to become vegetarian. I am new to fitness so any help/information is greatly appreciated. Do I need vitamins?! Is swimming a good workout combined with the machines? I need as much info as possible! Thank you,
