Hello all, ok, so the title may make it seem I'm worse off than I really am but in my head I'm a disaster right now.... I am a 33 year old male, married with two boys (6 and 4) and my weight loss journey started about two years ago when my weight peaked at 260lbs (I'm 6' tall) I've been athletic all my life but always a bit on the bigger side but after having kids and landing in retail sales management again the weight started climbing!! Two Holiday Seasons ago I came across a picture of myself that made me wanna throw up so I ordered P90X and found a workout buddy and went to work, I was able to get down to 197lbs and was thrilled but then Black Friday hit and there was no more time for exercising (I was working at least 70 hours a week) so now I've had a bit of a relapse....not the end of the world but I crept back up to 220 then kicked myself in the butt and have been eating a bit healthier and getting to the gym a few times a week and I'm down to 210 but can't seem to fall below it, I've tried a ton of different thermos with no luck....I've lost the love I once had for cardio (would do 5 mile runs in 25 degree weather at 1am) so I guess what I'm looking for is tips, advice and motivation to really get it back into gear and get to my original goal weight of 185 that I was so close to!! I'd love to hear from anyone, thanks!!!! ~Jazz
