Hey I'm new here.. I'm 22 years old. 5 ft 7 and my weight is 194lbs. I play alot of football for two teams so I train twice a week and play on Saturday and sundays. Ive been going gym on top of the training aswell. Does anybody have any advice of what to eat for breakfast . Lunch and dinner? In order for me to loose weight? Also does anyone have any good apps on the iPhone that they are using themselves for a calorie counter or a diet schedule??
