Hi, friends! I've been at the weight-loss challenge for a LONG time!! For many years at a time, I am successful and reasonably thin (rarely where I want to be, though). The last couple of weeks have been SO difficult, and I don't know why. I have every reason to stay on track (literally and figuratively) but instead, I am packing on the lbs. I guess the first thing, is to go to sleep NOW, because too tired is a sure-fired way to eat extra food!!! I'm glad to join this group, and hope I can help others while they help me.
