I have asked many a fitness professional and am at a loss on what is going on wit me. I'm 5'2, 146 lbs, but i DO NOT look like i way that much, i've always been pretty muscular (dancer for 15+ years) and i wear about a size 6. however, i have never weighed this much in my life. from january 09 to june 09 i went from weighing 130 to 146, then i went to europe for 2 1/2 months and came back weighing a whopping 152 and that was mostly fat (35% when i first measured in early october). none of my clothes fit and i was miserable. that was september. since then, i have been working my ass off and am not seeing the results i would expect. I am down to 146 and 31%, however i run 25-30 miles a week, work out with a personal trainer twice a week, and eat 5 small meals a day comprised of lean proteins, clean carbs like fruit, beans and brown rice, and nothing but protein and veggies after 4 pm. the only thing i can think is stunting me is my weekends, i usually drink one, maybe two days a weekend, but eat pretty healthy on the weekends. and by sunday i am always back on a regime since i usually have a very long run on sunday. my metabolism must be running slow, because i went from having a bowel movement 1-2 times a day to maybe every other day. i feel great and my clothes all fit again, yet the numbers are really upsetting me and i am nowhere near as skinny as i once was (125 lbs, 20% BF). i have always been a healthy, fit and lean girl, someone tell me whats wrong!!
