Just remember to take things slow and steady, one step at a time. There can be an overwhelming amount of info out there, and here too. You just gotta pick through it and find what works best for you.

Are you active at all? What are some of the things that you like to do? I.E. Bike, Walk, Run, Swim, Horseback, Archery, Canoe, Boat, Water Sports? Winter Sports? ect....

What are some of the things that you eat? Would you like to eat better? Or do you think you are eating fairly well?

Take a look around the site, stickies have quite a bit of useful tips, and there is quite an abundant supportive community here. :) Maybe starting a daily/weekly diary is your forte? A place where you can talk about how you're feeling and exchange tips and tricks with others. You can check it out in the "Diary" sub-forums here.
