Help!

So I joined a gym back in August. I've only been able to go once since. I called them yesterday to see if they will let my youngest go to the daycare and they said no. She needs to be 12wks old she is only 7wks. So I only have about a month left to wait. I've been trying to walk my 8 miles a day for excersize but recently we have had such horrible down pouring every day that that is just out of the question. I need some advice on work outs I can do at home with very little to no equipement thanks...

What are your goals? And stats?

I'd focus on higher rep calisthenics in a circuit fashion without knowing more about you. Stick with the compound movements like squats, lunges, pushups, etc.

Do you have any equipment?

You have to be creative.

I've seen people lifting with gallon jugs, stones, etc.

A jump rope would suffice.

The possibilities are endless, really.
